All mentorship programs come with a project-oriented curriculum to ensure practical learning and development of hands-on experience. Mentorship from an industry expert is also included to further candidates' professional development and career advancement. Career support is also provided to successful graduates of any of our mentorship programs, helping boost their job search productivity and improve their job prospects and outcomes.
Although all programs are targeted to new graduates and career changers, some programs may require basic background in specific areas of banking and finance and their associated procedures and tools. Take note that our programs are non-credit and non-degree seeking. They are meant as supplements to support professional development. Upon completion of a program, you will receive a certificate to validate your participation in the program and prove your skills and experience. You can then use that certificate as a supporting document during your job applications.
Our mentors come from various backgrounds in the banking and finance field. We have partnered with hundreds of mentors from top companies and across job levels, including executives and senior staff.
To ensure that candidates will only work with the best mentors, our team conducts a strict vetting process. Only more than 30 percent of applicants make it into our mentors' pool.
The mentor assigned to you will be your steady point of contact. They will act as your guide, advisor, teacher, and confidant. They will also provide you with actionable coaching to power your professional development and move your career forward.
There is no hard limit on how many times you can get in touch with your mentor. However, you need to be mindful of their schedule. Most of our mentors have full time jobs which means they may not be able to immediately respond to you. Rest assured, though, that they will get back to you as soon as they are available.
As mentioned earlier, our mentors hold full time jobs that limit their ability to provide immediate response. All our mentors are required to check in on the candidates they are mentoring everyday or every few days, whichever is convenient to them.
However, if you have not heard back from your mentor in 5 days to a week, let us know so we can take this up to them and provide a workable solution.

For now we accept payments made using major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. We are still working on other payment gateways to ensure the convenience of the candidates interested in our programs.
