With an extensive 22 years background ending with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience for most of my entire career, I led the Advisory practice at KPMG MESA, which include Transaction Services (TS), Corporate Finance (CF) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
A "C" suite, seasoned professional who had engaged in the M&A field for circa two decades and participated in every landmark transaction for the last 17 years in the MESA marketplace, worked in many jurisdictions with teams from the MESA, Gulf Commonwealth Countries and UK Capital Markets.
