I’m an experienced capital markets marketer/ originator with 10 years experience in derivatives sales and trading. I received the CFA Charter in 2018 and my MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2023. I have worked for various financial institutions throughout my career, including JP Morgan, TD Securities, and currently Webster Financial Corporation. After working at JP Morgan in their derivatives practice, I then for TD Securities for 10 years, starting as an Analyst and was promoted 3 times over 6 years to the position of Director, leading all marketers in trade volume and overall revenue for over 5 years. I also have experience in strategy and management consulting during my time at a boutique consulting firm focusing in the fintech space.
I know first-hand It can be quite challenging to secure a front office position in banking and finance, especially as a minority.
