I am an Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Finance.
I have over 14 years’ experience across Financial advisory, Restructuring, and Project Monitoring.
I lead my own firm and advise various corporates and consulting firms on Finance and Strategy consulting projects. I advise a large conglomerate on strategy initiatives within the energy vertical such as evaluation of new business opportunities, setting up a data centre business, exploring partnerships with global players and analysis of trends within the industry both domestically and internationally.
Earlier, I worked in the Turnaround and Performance Improvement team in Alvarez & Marsal, which is a leading global professional services firm that delivers business performance improvement, turnaround management & advisory services to organizations. I have advised several conglomerates on M&A transactions aggregating deal value of USD 5 Bn, Due Diligence projects and operational assessment and turnaround strategy.
In my previous role, I worked in PwC’s Business Restructuring Services practice where I advised several companies & lenders on new fundraising, stress resolution through financial / operational restructuring, independent business reviews, turnaround strategy formulation, distressed M&As, cash flow monitoring.
In an earlier role, I have worked with State Bank of India, which is India’s largest bank as Assistant Vice President – Project Finance, where I have appraised and monitored several large infrastructure projects aggregating USD 9 Bn in Power Generation, Transmission and Road sectors. My key responsibilities at SBI included Project Appraisal, Loan Disbursement and Post-Sanction Monitoring.
I have also worked with Larsen & Toubro (EPC Power division) in Project Monitoring and Execution for Gas based Power Generation Projects. I was responsible for Cost reporting and monitoring for 238.5 MW Captive Power Project for Indian Oil Corporation.
