I am an astute professional with over a decade experience in the world of Finance.
I currently assist businesses raise debt and equity financing to expand their business or to enhance corporate growth strategies through horizontal and vertical Mergers and Acquisitions.
Before changing career paths to corporate finance advisory, I managed the risks inherent in the Balance Sheet of Commercial Banks whiles actively reporting to the Asset and Liabilities Committee (ALCO) of the Bank.
I started my career as a Treasury FX dealer sourcing foreign exchange for several corporate and retail clients and advising clients in areas of interest rate and foreign exchange risk management using tailored treasury products to meet client needs.
My areas of expertise also include Business Valuations, Financial Modeling and Market Research. I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana, a Certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the CFI Institute, Canada and passed the Level 2 exams of the Chartered Financial Analyst program (CFA).
