Husain is a Big 4 trained Qualified Chartered Accountant, with 10 years of experience comprising M&A buy and sell side advice, strategic advice, financial/credit modelling and internal and external auditing. Husain is a Senior Manager at BDO, where he maintains a strong working relationship with investors, mid market businesses and larger corporates across a whole range of industries.
Husain started his career over at KPMG and was part of a highly competitive school leaver program working within the audit practise, before entering the Corporate Finance world.

Husain is a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic corporate financier, with experience in generating several pitch packs on a regular basis, calculating valuations, and creating financial models from scratch in order to evaluate shifts in equity, returns and also level of debt required in a transaction.

Husain is here at your service to help you excel in your career within the financial sector, and provide insight on how he has developed as a specialist within M&A.

Husain has assisted a number of colleagues and the younger generation within the local community in being able to find financial jobs of interest, and how best to accelerate their career development.
