Bio
Danis is the founder and managing director of &SQFT Real Estate - a boutique real estate consultancy providing bespoke advisory services to funds, family offices, investors and developers, on the acquisition, feasibility, strategy, funding, operations and disposal of residential, commercial, office, PBSA, hotel and mixed-use properties. Prior founding &SQFT, he has worked for a property investment and development company based in London, having full exposure thoughout the whole lifecycle of real estate projects and deals. He holds a first-class honours degree in BSc Mathematics from the University of Bristol and MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics where he has also served as the president of the LSE Real Estate Club. Danis is a passionate, hardworking, responsible and motivated individual, with the ability to work in a high-performance and result-driven environment. He has strong analytical skills and great understanding of real estate valuation and investment appraisal techniques.
