Jake currently runs Trading and Portfolio Management at SummerHaven Investment Management.
Previously Jake ran the global commodity and equity trading groups at AIG Financial Products. He began his trading career as an options market-maker with O’Connor & Associates on the floors of the AMEX and CBOE, and as an equity derivatives risk manager at UBS. Jake earned a BS and MS in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also holds a masters degree in education and spent four years teaching AP Physics.
