I have an incredible amount of experience that includes deal underwriting, consulting, investment analysis, deal structuring, legal and accounting negotiation and more. I bring a breadth of financial and analytical prowess to the teams I am contracted to. I have obtained two Master's Degrees from the University at Buffalo, one being an MBA and the other being a Master's in Real Estate Development. With such a background I am able to research and communicate regional and macro economic trends that inform potential clients on the profitability and risks of real estate investments.
