With over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, Julien has held various leadership roles, ranging from front-office trader to Chief Risk Officer and transformation leader. He has a unique blend of experience in advising firms on how to strategically align their risk and compliance functions to drive business success while enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. He recently decided to pivot and launch his own risk consultancy and advisory practice.
Julien has a passion for mentoring and has been actively involved in mentoring emerging leaders through programs such as the 30% Club, INvolve, LGBT Great, and other internal mentoring initiatives. He believes that mentoring is about empowering individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals and transforming obstacles into strengths.
