My career spans over 25 years in the valuation and banking industry. During that time, I have mentored over 100 people in various areas of business, banking, and real estate. Helping people grow is a passion of mine, as I also am a foster parent. One of my biggest accomplishments as a mentor was training someone straight out of college who was working at the bank because that is what his father told him to do. He really had no passion, ambition, or career direction. Over time, I helped him figured out his own path and his passion increased. He is now a respected vice president and commercial underwriter.
